Dubai International City is a 800 hectare urban quarter that will be a world-class hub for international investors, traders and retailers from across the globe. International City has attracted strong interest from local, regional and international investors, including retail giants, multinational companies, real estate developers, regional and international commercial businesses, property investors and homeowners. RWA designed and documented all the public open spaces, urban plazas and street landscapes in the development. The project includes more than 120 separate open spaces and 90 kilometres of street landscape works.
